Terms of Service

1. The Service

AdForge analyses websites you provide and uses artificial intelligence to generate advertising material for Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram), including brand profiles, marketing angles, ad copy, images, carousels, video scripts and strategy documents.

AdForge is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. We do not access or operate your Meta ad accounts; you upload and run ads yourself.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

During the private beta, sign-ups may be limited to invited users. We may refuse, suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms.

3. Your content and websites

You may only submit websites, brands, images and other material ("Your Content") that you own or are authorised to use. You grant us a limited licence to process Your Content solely to provide the Service to you.

You remain the owner of Your Content. We do not use Your Content or generated output to train AI models.

4. Generated output

Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, you own the ads and other output generated for you and may use it for any lawful purpose, including commercial campaigns.

AI output can be inaccurate, similar to output generated for others, or unsuitable for your purpose. You are responsible for reviewing all output before publishing it, and for ensuring that your ads are truthful, comply with applicable law (including consumer-protection and advertising law) and with Meta's Advertising Standards.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to:

• create misleading, deceptive, defamatory, discriminatory or illegal advertising, or ads for prohibited products and services;
• fabricate testimonials, reviews, endorsements, statistics or results;
• infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights;
• analyse websites you are not authorised to use for that purpose, or overload, probe or circumvent the security of the Service;
• resell or provide the Service to third parties without our written consent.

6. Plans, tokens and payment

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment provider Stripe and include a monthly token allowance. Generation features consume tokens; the cost is shown before each action. Unused plan tokens expire at the end of each billing period; purchased top-up tokens do not expire while your account is active.

Tokens for jobs that fail on our side are refunded automatically. Prices are shown excluding VAT, which is added where applicable. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

If you are a consumer in the EU, you agree that the Service starts immediately and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once digital content has been fully supplied.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. AI providers may impose usage limits that delay jobs. We may change or discontinue features; we will give reasonable notice of material changes that affect paid plans.

8. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits or advertising performance, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for intent or gross negligence, for death or personal injury, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer rights.

9. Termination

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms. On termination we delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of mandatory laws of your country of residence. The EU Online Dispute Resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes by email or in the app at least 30 days before they take effect.
